This Basque restaurant in Larrabetzu, Spain starts guests with a walk through the rooftop vegetable garden then leads them through the kitchen and indoor greenhouse before their dining room experience begins. Eleven Madison Park is a fine dining restaurant located in the heart of New York City. The restaurant overlooks one of the most beautiful parks in Manhattan, Madison Square Park, and sits at the base of a historic Art Deco building on the corner of 24th Street and Madison Avenue. The restaurant has been owned by Chef Daniel Humm and Restaurateur Will Guidara since 2011 and during that time it has evolved considerably, both in food and in experience. Today, the restaurant offers an eight to ten course menu in the main dining room, but guests can also visit the bar for a more abbreviated tasting menu, some light snacks, or simply for a cocktail or glass of wine.
Restaurant Per Se is also located in New York City. It features the cuisine of famed chef Thomas Keller. Keller is the only American chef to simultaneously hold three Michelin-starred restaurants.
The restaurant is Chef Keller’s second three-Michelin-starred property featuring his daily nine-course tasting menu and a nine-course vegetable tasting menu using classic French technique and the finest quality ingredients available.
