Thailand Yacht Show & Rendezvous 2019: The Best of the Show

Yachting enthusiasts from around the world descended on the Phuket Royal Marina this past January to attend the fourth annual Thailand Yacht Show & Rendezvous. This world-class event aims to attract the ultra-luxury yachting community to Thailand. It also seeks to establish it as the capital of yachting in Asia. If you weren’t lucky enough to attend the sold-out yacht show in Thailand, never fear. Here are the best of the best from the Thailand Yacht Show & Rendezvous 2019!

The yacht show in Thailand hosted a superyacht hub at the nearby private island of Koh Rang Noi. Attendees interested in purchasing or chartering one of these superyachts could take a twenty-minute tender ride to the display. One favorite of the superyacht hub was the Talisman Maiton by Burgess Yachts.

Boasting an enormous open plan sun deck and an eclectically styled interior with Art Deco features, Talisman Maiton is a perennially popular charter yacht. Her eye-catching interior blends Asian influences with Art Deco touches to create lavish entertaining spaces that are also supremely comfortable to live in. The more formal main salon and dining area is off-set by the relaxed setting of the sky lounge, with its large, curving corner sofa and wide opening onto the bridge deck aft. Talisman Maiton has fantastic outdoor spaces, with extensive covered seating, al fresco dining areas and a platform above the sun deck offering sensational 360 degree views at sunset. With an on board gym and plenty of hair-raising watersport equipment,Talisman Maiton offers the full superyacht experience.

Burgess Yachts also displayed their superyacht Titania at the Thailand Yacht Show. This luxurious superyacht charters guests from around the world.

Her features include all the essential attributes for luxury living afloat: vast entertainment spaces, superlative accommodation and state-of-the-art amenities. The yacht’s brand new stunning interior lets the light in at every opportunity, creating intimate spaces for guests to relax, as well as spacious entertaining areas. Sumptuous accommodation is arranged across seven cabins, including two breathtaking master suites, a VIP cabin and four doubles, all with beautifully appointed marble bathrooms and the latest entertainment systems. This vast interior space is all accessible by the on-board elevator that forms a central focus of her impressive foyer.

Leopard 50

Outside of the superyacht hub were a variety of other impressive boats. The Leopard 50 was a highlight of the displayed catamarans at the yacht show in Thailand.

With versatility in mind, we bring to you the next generation of Leopard Catamarans, the Leopard 50. She has been designed to replace one of the best-selling Leopard Catamarans of all time, the award-winning Leopard 48. Her versatility begins with the option to choose the classic hard-top exterior configuration, or for the first time on a Leopard Catamaran of this size, an optional flybridge accommodation. The entire exterior styling of the Leopard 50 has also been revamped to give the hull a more sophisticated look. In addition to the exterior options, the interior offers multiple layout configuration with 4 or 5 cabins, and an extensive options list.

Ferretti 850

Finally, luxury Italian yacht builder Ferretti showcased their Ferretti 850 to the delight of guests at the Thailand yacht show. This sleek yacht leaves no indulgence spared. The yacht debuted in 2016 as a collaboration with the Studio Zuccon International Project. It is ideal for entertaining. Everywhere you look, you see the fine Italian styling of Ferretti. The boat contains four en suite staterooms. It also has two cabins in the bow to accommodate four staff members.

These four yachts were certainly crowd favorites at the yacht show in Thailand! Will you be attending the Thailand Yacht Show and Rendezvous next year? If you’re looking for even more luxury boating inspiration, explore Sail Away: This Summer’s Sleekest Vessels.
