The penthouse owner purchased the two units in an iconic skyscraper in the city of Sofia, Bulgaria, with the vision of combining them into a luxurious home. “Penthouse on the Park” is a beautiful example of a modern penthouse with a flowing layout and smart design ethos.
KNOF Design created a light filled, stylish hub that provides incredible views of the world outside, while still providing the homeowners with the privacy they need. This contemporary penthouse offers breathtaking views of the city and of the adjacent mountains. The sleek design features full height floor to ceiling glazing, which enhances the beautiful panoramic views.

This stunning 3,860 square foot, three bedroom, 3.5 bathroom West Chelsea residence is located in a distinguished building designed by Prtizker prize winner Foster + Partners and is presently on the market.
