The Royal Pizza, created for Dubai’s royal family, is covered in white Italian truffles, black Perigord truffles, French foie gras, and Mongra saffron from Kashmir, as well as Beluga caviar soaked in Dom Perignon, Japanese matsutake mushrooms and two full ounces of gold leaves.
